Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
To return an item, you need to register the return in our Return Portal.

Return Policy
Steve Hudly offers you the right to return your product within 14 days after receiving the order to be eligible for a full refund.
Upon receipt of the returned product, Steve Hudly will verify that it is returned in its:
1. Showing no signs of use
2. Original condition
To ensure that the product remains in unused condition, please use appropriate protective packaging. Preferably use the same packaging in which you received your order.
Steve Hudly reserves the right to deduct the refundable amount if the product or items in the original packaging is missing, damaged, or showing signs of use.
Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, Steve Hudly doesn’t offer exchanges.
But you may return your product within 14 days from your buy.
Please place a new order and register your return separately if you want to exchange your product.
Shipping charges for returns
When you would like to return an item you need to use our Return Portal.
Via our return portal, you will create and manage your return and will be asked to pay for the return directly in the portal.
Once you have paid for your return you will receive a return label to stick on your package.
The price depends on your country.
Warranty
Steve Hudly offers one year warranty on all products. You may claim a faulty product within one year from the date of purchase.
The problem mustn’t be related to normal tear and wear issues to claim a new product. A Steve Hudly eyewear is a high-quality product, but it’s still a pair of eyewear that can easily break if you don’t take care of them.
If you wish for a replacement, kindly contact our Customer Service, and they will send you a new product without any extra costs. We will refund the item and shipping cost if the claimed product is currently out of stock.
Ordering Online
Is my package insured?
All items you buy on stevehudly.com are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Steve Hudly’s warehouse to the final destination.
Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by our insurance.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and you can track your order via the courier’s website.
How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
In normal circumstances, your order is shipped within 2-4 business days. Actual delivery times can vary and depends on our delivery partner.
You can select your pick-up location at the checkout based on your delivery country and zip code.
How do I cancel my order?
It’s our mission to make all our customers happy, and we’re sad to hear that you’re not satisfied with your Steve Hudly product. Suppose you would like to cancel your order. We will, of course, help out.
Go to our contact page, fill out the form, and tell us which order number you have, and you will get help.
Please note that orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order has been sent.
If you have requested a cancellation after the order has been shipped, you must return it for a refund.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Your personal online security is very important to us. To help ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders.
To ensure your information is kept private, we do not process or store any payment information in our database.
When will I be charged?
When you place an order with us, your bank temporarily reserves the funds, but you are not charged until your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Why was my credit/debit card declined at checkout?
When an order is declined at checkout, it’s often due to issues with your bank. We suggest you contact your bank or card-issuing company to ask if they have any blocks on your credit/debit card.
If you are confident that nothing is wrong with your bank service or receive another error message, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support for further help.
Product information
Import duties and customs
We ship items within the EU on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.
Non-EU countries may be subject to VAT and customs duties on top of the sales price once the package reaches its destination. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes.
Steve Hudly is not responsible for changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.

What is the difference between lens categories?
Filter category is a way to define how much light that the lenses let thru. A lower value means almost all light is going thru the lens. And a higher value indicates less light.
Our sunglasses also provide 100% UVA and UVB protection.
Category 0 : Light tint sunglasses or fashion spectacles
- These provide a minimal reduction of sun glare and some UV protection.
- Colors: Clear, Light Yellow, Pale Orange & Yellow
Category 1 : Light tint sunglasses or fashion spectacles
- These provide limited protection against sun glare and some UV protection; they are unsuitable for driving at night or under dull light conditions.
- Colors: Rose, Orange & Vermilion
Category 2 : General-purpose sunglasses
- These provide reasonable protection against sun glare and good UV protection; they are suitable for driving in at night or under dull light conditions.
- Colors: Purple, Red, Amber & Light Brown
Category 3 : General-purpose sunglasses
- These provide high protection against sun glare and good UV protection; they are unsuitable for driving at night or under dull light conditions.
- ‘Standard’ Grey & Brown
Category 4 : Very dark unique sunglasses – very high sun glare reduction
- These special purpose sunglasses provide very high protection against extreme sun glare and good UV protection. They are not suitable for road use and driving.
