Order confirmation

You can securely pay with a credit/debit card through trusted providers like Klarna or Stripe. Additionally, Klarna offers other reliable payment services, such as Swish and Direct Bank Transfers. It’s important to note that all banking transactions are handled by Klarna and Stripe, ensuring the utmost safety. Rest assured, Steve Hudly, our platform, does not retain any sensitive credit card information.

Pay now

The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after the shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In the case of a subscription, the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

Pay later

The payment period is 30 days from the shipment date of the goods.

Pay over time or / Slice it

With the financing service from Klarna, you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly installments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after the submits a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. For this purpose, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna during the order process and handling of your purchase. Campaign Codes

Campaign codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a campaign code after purchase will not be possible. You cannot enter or receive a promo code reduction after you’ve made your order. Please make sure that you have entered the code correctly and that the correct amount has been reduced.

Ordering

Orders made in another person’s name without his/her consent, or otherwise will be reported to the authorities. STEVE HUDLY holds the right to change prices, and correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel STEVE HUDLY to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.

Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

Taxes

Returns

Note that the return shipping fee is paid by the consumer, the cost may vary.

In case you return your product to receive a refund, and you do not pay the customs fees in advance. STEVE HUDLY reserve the right to deduct the customs fees from your money, before completing the refund.

ALWAYS use the return form on our contact page before sending us your product so that we can make sure any refund is sent correctly and the return is managed by our support team.
